We purchase from many suppliers. We do not always have every product in stock. We endeavor to keep the most popular items for next day priority mailing. We prefer that you email if you need nextday delivery, so we can inform you as to the instock status. However, please be assured we will deliver within two weeks on almost every item. We order from our suppliers on a daily basis. We ship by priority mail 95% of the time for your protection as well as ours. We try to hold the shipping cost to the minimum.
RETURNS:
We will refund the price of the product if there is a quality issue. Just explain the problem and allow us to try to resolve it for you. If we can not resolve the issue, an RAMA will be issued and upon receipt of the defective merchandise, the refund will be made. This is a 100% guarantee.
If you purchased the wrong size we will retain a restock fee, if our Factory charges us. You must have an RMA before sending the goods back to us. REQUEST RMA
We can not however refund the cost of the postage, especially to our foreign customers. We apologize ahead of time for this, but we have no control over the high cost of postage and can not cover this expense.
